Unconditional Self-Love: How to Trust Yourself and Your Needs

We are taught from a young age that we should always put our needs last, especially when it comes to the people who supposedly love us unconditionally. But that’s not really what love is about, is it? Once you let go of other people’s opinions on who you should be and what you should do, your life can change for the better in ways you may not even realize.
